Here are a few more December activities to round off the month!
Sensorial
Smelling and matching Christmas scented candles. Use a blindfold for a fun challenge!
Language
We LOVE this “I Have Who Has” vocabulary development game from Kindergarten Squared
Matching Christmas erasers with their outlines. I don’t remember where I got these but they should be pretty easy to find at most craft stores. That is some seriously shiny gold wrapping paper!
Here’s a Santa’s Lotto Game on our matching shelf. Made by Teaching Preschoolers
Some holiday designs you can make using the Christmas erasers
Math
A simple 1-5 counting activity using Holiday themed miniatures from the craft store.
Counting bells using the control cards from Montessori Printshop
Counting Christmas Gifts using Christmas Tree number cards from One Room Schoolhouse
Roll the dice and help the snowman get to the tree. We made the little snowman using two white pompoms and some felt (you may want to use a snowman like one of these). The printable is from from Karen Cox (PreKinders)
Another roll the dice game. From Peace Love Learning.
