About Skye
My name is Skye Dodson, and I am a Montessori infant/toddler level instructor for several Montessori teacher education programs in the US, China, Vietnam, and the Philippines. And I am enjoying helping to spread Montessori into areas where it is very new! I am also a Montessori mother of 3 wonderful daughters, Huxley (17), Harper (13) and Helen (7). I am a Positive Discipline trainer, and an instructor of education/child development at UNC Greensboro. My husband is the Professor in Residence for a residential college program on campus, very much like Montessori for college students! Our family lives on campus with the students in the program, and I enjoy working with them very much. I have my Montessori infant toddler certification through an AMS/MACTE program, and a masters degree in education with an early childhood concentration. I enjoy supporting children of all ages! And supporting the teachers and parents who care for them.
I do workshops for schools, and consult for schools on environmental design and curriculum implementation.

My name is Stacey Bartley and I have been a Montessori Toddler Teacher for a little over 20 years. I currently work in the classroom and teach at training centers in the U.S. and China. I value working directly with the children as much as working with adult learners and feel that both experiences make me a better teacher and a better human being. My family and I lived in the UAE for four years where I taught and my children grew from 11 & 12 year olds to 15 and 17 year old citizens of the world. We experienced the uniqueness of living among many cultures.

Jana has loved Montessori for almost 30 years as a parent, teacher, and teacher trainer. Her children attended Montessori from 18 months through high school. She is the director of VMAT, a MACTE teacher training program in Hanoi, and teaches for four additional MACTE teacher education programs.
Jana is a national and international presenter and keynote speaker, parent educator, coach, and consultant. She holds a BA in Literature and a Master’s in Montessori Education. She completed the NCMPS Coaches Training, RIE Level 1, and is a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator. Sara Bloomberg, MA ED, is the head of Protea Montessori Consultants and the head of Orange Tree Montessori play group. Sara is also a teacher trainer at Duhovkha Montessori teacher education program and chair of the AMS LGBTQIA+ affinity group.
Sara was the head of the early childhood division at the St. Augustine public Montessori school and founding director at Battery Park Montessori. Sara has consulted for schools in New York and Florida.

About Letty
Letty Rising earned her B.A. in Sociology at UC Santa Barbara, obtained her State Teaching Credential through the CSU San Marcos, and earned her AMI elementary diploma for ages 6-12 and M.Ed from Loyola University in Maryland. She moved into administration when she wanted a Montessori school for her daughters and there were none in existence where she lived, so she started one! She has held positions as a Homeschool Education Specialist, Montessori Elementary Teacher, Principal, Montessori Coordinator, Parent Educator, and Consultant with several different Montessori communities throughout the years.
Letty has been working with children and families throughout most of her adult life and has a comprehensive understanding of the developmental needs of young people from infancy through high school.
