Fire Safety Work
I printed this set of Fire Safety Tips Posters from PreKinders in card size (four posters to a page) to make a set of matching cards. This was a fun game to play in a group. I distributed one set of cards among the children. I read a safety tip from my set of cards and the child with the matching card placed it on the rug. (Source: Karen Cox)

We’ve been enjoying this song by Boni Gravelle, a Kindergarten teacher in Hawaii. I made some cards with the lyrics to the song. The children enjoy taking these out and talking about the various safety tips mentioned. (Sorry, these cards are not available as a download since I don’t have reprint permission from the song writer or the photographers.)
