Part-Time Tech VA
We are in need of some assistance behind the scenes at Trillium and we would love to see some applications from BIPOC candidates for this role!
This is a part-time, 1099 role, approximately 5-10 hours/week.
You will be supporting our operations manager, Candace Barnard, with a variety of behind-the-scenes tasks such as:
- providing customer support
- problem solving customer tech issues
- setting up courses and other products
- documenting SOPs
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
- prior experience as a virtual/executive assistant for an online business (preferably in the online courses/coaching industry)
- the ability to learn new tech tools with minimal support. Some of the tools you will be working with regularly include Teachable, Shopify, Zapier, Google Drive, Dropbox, Convertkit, WordPress
- excellent English communication (you will be responding to emails from educators)
- the ability to follow SOPs and pay attention to small details
- familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and ability to maintain transparency with project progress and deadlines
- daily availability to check the customer inbox and team communication
- a commitment to social justice and equity
