Montessori Classroom Setup Bootcamp (3-6)

The Bootcamp is a structured, step-by-step program to help Montessori primary (3-6) teachers tackle all of the back-end tasks that need to be addressed and systems that need to be set up in their classroom before school starts. We go over everything from setting up your own workstation, to working with your assistant, to creating a proactive parent communication plan, to setting up your storage and your shelves, to getting organized for the first weeks of school. Over a thousand Montessorians have taken this course since I first offered it in 2015. Whether you are a beginning teacher straight out of training, or you have a few decades of experience under your belt, there is something in this course for you.
Elementary Classroom Planning Bootcamp (6-12)

This course is designed to help Elementary Montessori guides (ages 6-12) set up systems and procedures for the optimal functioning of their classrooms. The course will cover topics such as: lesson planning and record keeping, structuring group projects, teacher and child conferences, working with your assistant, building a parent community, homework, and planning for the first days and weeks.
Whether you are a beginning teacher straight out of training, or you have a few decades of experience under your belt, there is something in these courses for you.
The Bootcamps are designed to work within the parameters of your own training, so don’t worry if you have AMS, AMI, NAMC, MCI or some other credential. We won’t mess with your pedagogy! We will help you with your productivity and systems so you can properly focus on the pedagogy once your students arrive.
The Bootcamps are designed for teachers working in a classroom setting with multiple children and do not address Montessori homeschooling.
